John has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of landscaping. His eye for detail and understanding of his clients ensures a quality outdoor living space designed with heart. John moved to New Zealand from Blackburn, England, 15 years ago with his young family. John has worked extensively in the landscaping industry throughout the central and upper north islands before settling in Cambridge. John has owned and operated various landscape businesses designing and constructing for both residential and commercial. 

Inspire Landscaping & Design was founded to simplify the landscape design process for today's busy and cost-conscious homeowners.

John's passion is working closely with his clients and bringing together his knowledge of horticulture, design, and construction to deliver creative, harmonious and practical, styled outdoor living solutions.

Initially training in electrical electronics and robotics, John's passion for the outdoors led him to study a Diploma in landscaping practice at Myerscough College, UK.

His attention to detail, sensitivity to the landscape form, coupled with a determined commitment to deliver exceptional customer service ensures inspired designs every time.
